Relaxed Sailing Tours, Whitsundays
Everyone needs to sit back and relax from time to time, and there is no better place to do it than the magnificent Whitsundays.
With the calm, clear water of the Coral Sea lapping the shoreline, incredible tropical islands visible at every glance and the one and only Great Barrier Reef bordering the coast, it is easy to see why the region is a hot tourist destination.
And there are ample opportunities to relax, recuperate and restore your body and mind in one of Australia's most beautiful areas.
How?
Go sailing
The Whitsundays is a sailing mecca with a huge variety of sailing boats to choose from, including day and overnight tours. The most popular choice is to venture out on an overnight tour were you can actually stay and sleep on the vessel itself for a number of nights. Each vessel has a tailored itinerary to suit the group onboard and almost every trip will include Whitehaven Beach, the bushwalk to Hill Inlet Lookout and a number of snorkel sites (please check individual itineraries).
We recommend:
Stay on an island
With 74 islands forming the infamous Whitsundays, a holiday in the region wouldn't be complete if you didn't see them for yourself, or even better, stay at one! Each island offers a different experience and all having different resort features and you can choose to stay at some of the most resorts in the region, including Hamilton Island, Hayman Island or Daydream Island.
We recommend:
