Selected tours on Sailing Whitsundays offer a ‘Cashback’ deal. After you book one of these tours, a discount coupon worth 10% of the value of your booking will be automatically applied to your account.
Please note that this 'Cashback' deal is only available on selected tours. Please check with our sales team to confirm which tours apply.
A minimum spend of 60% of the original booking price applies to all 'Cashback' coupons.
Your credit with us remains valid for 12 months and can only be redeemed using the email you used to purchase the original product.
'Cashback' codes can only be applied to new bookings on selected products.
Here’s an example of how to use our Cashback code
If you book a 2 Day 2 Night tour on Atlantic Clipper for $649, the very next day you will find a coupon code of $64.90 to spend on your next tour with us.
You can use this coupon code for your next booking with us on any tour or activity that costs at least 60% of your Atlantic Clipper booking price before the coupon code was applied. In this case, at least $389.
Alternatively, if you book a private cabin for two on the 2 Day 1 Night tour Waltzing Matilda for $1,055 per person, both guests will receive a coupon code for $105.50.
These coupon codes may be used on a booking on any tour or activity that is worth at least 60% of $1,055 before the coupon code was applied. In this case, at least $633.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility
This deal is only applicable to customers who have completed a booking on a selected tour through Mr Travel and its affiliate websites, limited to: Sailing Whitsundays, East Coast Tours, Cairns Tours, Fraser Tours, Outback Tours, Whale Tours and Whitsunday Catamarans.
Customers must be of a legal age (18+) to participate in this offer.
Cashback amount
Eligible customers are entitled to a cashback amount of up to 10% of the ticket price of eligible purchases.
'Cashback' will be calculated based on the total ticket price paid at the time of the original booking.
One 'Cashback' coupon can be used per booking. Customers may not stack multiple coupons and redeem them on a single booking.
Redemption
To redeem the 'Cashback' discount on their next booking, customers must meet the following conditions:

The next booking must be made through Mr Travel or one of its companies, including and limited to: Sailing Whitsundays, East Coast Tours, Cairns Tours, Fraser Tours, Outback Tours, Whale Tours and Whitsunday Catamarans.

The total cost of the next booking must be equal to or greater than 60% of the total cost of the original booking.

The 'Cashback' discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
- Customers must use the same email address and name used in their first booking to be eligible for the 'Cashback' discount on their second booking.
Validity
All 'Cashback' is in AUD.
The 'Cashback' deal can only be redeemed once per customer.
The 'Cashback' discount is only eligible to be applied to advertised rates on a Mr Travel or associated website (see above), and is not applicable on discounted quotes or prices.
'Cashback' is not valid on any campervan hire, car hire, transport or accommodation. You can not use cashback on the above hires and experiences, nor will you receive a cashback reward.
'Cashback' discounts are only available to use on selected products, please enquire with our travel agents to check which products you can receive 'Cashback' discounts on.
The 'Cashback' discount is valid for a limited period, as stated in the offer details above.
Booking Amendments and Cancellations
In the event of any amendments or cancellations to the original booking, the 'Cashback' amount will be adjusted accordingly.
If the original booking is fully cancelled, the 'Cashback' discount will be forfeited.
If the 'Cashback' has been redeemed and you apply for a refund on your first tour, your refund will be reduced by the amount of cashback redeemed.
- For example, if you paid $500 for a Whitsunday Tour, then use $50 'Cashback' discount to book a Cairns Tour, then cancel your Whitsunday Tour, the maximum refund value you will be entitled to is $450 on your Whitsunday Tour before cancellation fees.
Disqualification
Mr Travel reserves the right to disqualify any customer from participating in the cashback deal if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.
By participating in this 'Cashback' deal, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Amendment of Terms
Mr Travel reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the terms and conditions of the 'Cashback' deal at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Customers availing of the 'Cashback' deal will be notified by an agent if there are changes made to these terms and conditions.
Acceptance
By participating in the 'Cashback' deal, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
