The following "Review Reward Terms and Conditions" apply to The Travel Shop’s $15 Leave A Review Cashback Program. By submitting a review and/or redeeming a review reward, you agree to the terms set out below.

These terms operate in conjunction with The Travel Shop’s General Booking Terms & Conditions and apply across all brands operated under Sailing Whitsundays Pty Ltd, including (but not limited to) The Travel Shop, Sailing Whitsundays, East Coast Tours, Fraser Tours, Cairns Tours, Outback Tours, Whitsunday Catamarans, Whale Tours, and Australian Luxury Charters.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for the $15 Review Reward:

• The review must be submitted by a verified customer who has completed a paid booking through The Travel Shop or any of its affiliated brands.

Reviews may be submitted either:

• Directly on the relevant product page on our website; or
• As a public Google Review for the relevant brand (see below for more information).

Only one (1) reward is available per completed booking reference.

Duplicate, incomplete, or unverifiable reviews may not qualify for the reward.

If you are opting to leave a Google Review, please note that only the following Google Business Listings are valid and actually our businesses:

• Sailing Whitsundays
• Cairns Tours
• East Coast Tours
• Fraser Tours
• Outback Tours
• The Travel Shop - Airlie Beach Shop
• The Travel Shop - Bondi Beach Shop

Leaving a Google Review on an operator's Google Business Listing does not qualify you for the cashback reward.

2. Reward Value & Redemption

The $15 reward is issued as a Travel Shop credit that may be used towards any future booking across The Travel Shop Group brands. This credit:

• Holds a face value of AUD $15.
• Can be applied toward any tour, experience, package, or charter listed across The Travel Shop Group websites.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or percentage-based discounts.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred to another customer.
• Cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers or used to offset existing credit balances.

To redeem your $15 Travel Shop Credit, please contact our travel agents directly via live chat, email, or phone. You will be issued a unique discount code once your review has been verified and approved.

3. Verification & Approval

All reviews are subject to verification. The Travel Shop reserves the right to confirm booking details, review authenticity, and determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Rewards will only be issued once a qualifying review has been published and verified by our team. Ineligible or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified without notice.

4. Expiry & Validity

Approved $15 Travel Shop Credits are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Expired credits will not be reissued or extended under any circumstances.

5. General Conditions

• The Review Reward Program is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or amended by The Travel Shop at any time without prior notice.
• The Travel Shop reserves the right to modify or terminate the program where necessary due to fraud, misuse, or technical errors.
• The $15 Review Reward is not a cash payment, rebate, or refund, and is instead issued as a goodwill travel credit to be applied to future bookings.
• All terms are governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction of Queensland, Australia.

By submitting a review and redeeming your $15 Travel Shop Credit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
