Important Information
The specified deposit amount is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the due date may result in termination of the charter (cancellation fees apply).
This is a water-based activity, for safety reasons ALL passengers must be able to swim and speak fluent English.
A Shark Shield antenna has been installed on this vessel. Anyone with a pacemaker, who is pregnant, or has a health condition could be affected by the electric field and should not use the device. Some examples of health conditions include:
- Heart disease
- A history of heart problems
- Peripheral vascular decease
- Stroke
- A history of fainting
- A history of epilepsy
- Lung disease
This device is attached to the vessel to protect guests while snorkeling. If you are unable to use this device, you will not be able to partake in this tour's snorkelling component. Please contact us before booking if you have any concerns.
What To Bring
Please bring a hat and sunscreen, money to purchase drinks onboard, a rain jacket during summer months (Jan-April) and warmer clothes during winter months (June-September).
We do not provide wetsuits - if you wish to hire one you can do so at Aqua Dive in the Coral Sea Marina (open daily 7:45am - 4pm).
Excess luggage can be stored at our Airlie Beach Travel Shop in town, free of charge. Located at 344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach, open from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, seven days per week.

What's Extra
- Licensed vessel (no BYO). You can purchase soft drinks and alcoholic beverages on board. We do have a 'card only' bar. You can purchase alcohol from the onboard bar (card only) or you can pre-purchase beverage or food packages (please include your name and booking reference as a note when in the shopping cart).
- A 15% surcharge applies to holidays including Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, and New Years Day (unavailable on Christmas Day)
- You can hire wetsuits from Aqua Dive in the Coral Sea Marina - we only provide stinger suits in summer.
- There will be a mandatory Environmental Management Charge (EMC) tax of $10 per person per day (including children) which can be collected at the time of boarding.
Special diets outside of vegetarian or pescetarian will incur an extra charge to be paid upon boarding the vessel:- Dail Sail: $10pp
- Overnight: $70pp
- 2 Nights: $110pp
- 3 Nights: $135pp
- 4 Nights: $135pp
- 5 Nights or more: $135pp
Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required for all private charters. All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 month prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations within 60 days forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
