White on Whitehaven Beach Long Lunch, one of the most anticipated Whitsundays events of the year, is about to come back with a bang!
Taking place over the course of three sun-soaked days on the world-famous Whitehaven Beach, White on Whitehaven 2025 is not one to be missed. But if you’re planning to take part, you had better move quickly because dates are already starting to sell out. Here’s everything you need to know about the annual beach bash.
White on Whitehaven Welcome Party
Before the big beach day, there is a White Night Rooftop Welcome Party to kick off the weekend. Head to the Elementa Rooftop for sweeping views of the Coral Sea, light bites, drinks, music, and fun. Your ticket includes a 74 Islands Distillery welcome drink, canapés and a food station, and there will be live music by Hot Potato Band.
White on Whitehaven Long Lunch
Prepare for the ultimate grand day out at the one and only Whitehaven. Dress in your best beachwear (preferably white), and set off from Airlie Beach toward the Whitsundays where you’ll be wined and dined on the luxurious silica sands of Whitehaven Beach while the tranquil Coral Sea gently laps against the shore. Take a seat at the long table, under the crisp white canopy and tuck into a gourmet lunch, as well as a selection of wines, cocktails, beers, and soft drinks.
Afterwards, chill out on the beach, dance the afternoon away to Natural Culture, the barefoot beach band, mingle with other Whitsunday locals, or go back to the buffet for a second helping! When the festivities finally start to simmer down and the sun begins to set, it’ll be time to head back to the Port of Airlie on the ferry.

How much is White on Whitehaven 2025?
A ticket to White on Whitehaven 2025 will cost $549 AUD per person plus booking fees. If you’re interested in joining the fun, you can purchase a ticket through Airlie Events.
The White Night Rooftop Welcome Party is a separate event. Tickets cost $150 AUD, and they can also be booked through Airlie Events.
What’s included in a White on Whitehaven ticket?
A ticket to White on Whitehaven 2025 will include your ferry transfer to and from Whitsunday Island, mouth-watering welcome canapés, a seat at the gourmet buffet lunch, and a selection of sumptuous desserts.
Ticket-holders will also be treated to a drinks package from St Bebida Wines, this year’s White on Whitehaven sponsors, featuring Taittinger French Champagne, a range of premium Australian wines, beers, and cocktails, as well as soft drinks and bottled water.
Please note that transfers to or from Hamilton Island are not included in the price of the ticket. Those based in Hamilton who are hoping to attend White on Whitehaven 2025 are advised to email info@whiteonwhitehaven.com.au to organise a transfer.
