Sample Menu for Whitsunday Getaway

Day One
Upon Arrival: Exotic seasonal fruit platter
Sunset: Soft cheeses and biscuits
Dinner: Specially marinated chicken barbecued to perfection. Serve with a side of fresh Greek salad, including lashings of feta, sun-dried tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Accompany this with pan-fried herb potato shapes, and a selection of condiments
Dessert: Cheesecake served with a berries and cream

Day Two
Breakfast: A fresh fruit salad served with pancakes, muesli, cereals, juice, tea and coffee
Lunch: A superb smorgasbord including champagne leg ham, coleslaw, tuna salad, spinach and macadamia salad with fresh bread and condiments
Sunset: Nachos
Dinner: A prime rib fillet served with a mushroom sauce. Stacked on a base of sweet potato mash and steamed vegetables, accompanied by a side of freshly baked dinner rolls
Dessert: Oven fresh apple and blackberry pie crowned with fresh cream

Day Three 
Breakfast: Warmed croissants and continental-style breakfast, muesli, assorted cereals, fruit juice, tea and freshly brewed coffee

Please note passengers with any dietary requirements will need to pay a surcharge of $18 per person payable on check in. This does not include vegetarians or passengers with a nut allergy.
