Yes, you are permitted to bring your own alcohol. Small glass bottles are not permitted so we recommend bringing cans.
Does Whitehaven Dreamer cater for special diets?
Yes, but just let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary requirements so we can ensure these are accommodated for.
Where does the boat depart from?
Whitehaven Dreamer will depart from the Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach.
Is there anywhere I can store excess luggage while I'm on the boat?
There is secure luggage storage at The Travel Shop towards the top of Airlie Main Street.
Is there drinking water available?
Yes, there is drinking water onboard. We highly recommend you bring a reusable water bottle with you.
Is snorkelling equipment provided?
Yes, all snorkelling equipment is provided on board.
Can I charge my phone on board?
Yes, there are charging ports on Whitehaven Dreamer.
Is there Wifi on board?
There is no wifi on board and there is limited phone service. Some bays and islands have mobile reception, but it is not guaranteed.
Policies
Important Information
Minimum age for children is 6 years of age. Any guests under 18 must be able to swim, and children must be supervised by parents for the duration of the trip.
Guests under 18 cannot be booked into shared accommodation, except where the group will occupy an entire shared area. In other cases, the parent need to occupy the shared area and child share private cabin with the other parent. Please also note that there are no 2 shared single beds together in the same area, they are spread out around the boat.
This is a water-based activity, for safety reasons ALL passengers must be able to swim and speak fluent English.
This sailing adventure is only suitable for active people. A basic level of fitness and mobility is required. As a guideline, guests should be able to climb a ladder easily.
Cancellations
No shows or client cancellations made within 30 days of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
