Important Information
The 50% deposit amount is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the due date may result in termination of the charter (cancellation fees apply).
This is a water-based activity, for safety reasons ALL passengers must be able to swim and speak fluent English.
On charters departing Hamilton Island, Hill Inlet may only be visited if the tides are right.
A Shark Shield antenna has been installed on this vessel. Anyone with a pacemaker, who is pregnant, or has a health condition could be affected by the electric field and should not use the device. Some examples of health conditions include:
- Heart disease
- A history of heart problems
- Peripheral vascular decease
- Stroke
- A history of fainting
- A history of epilepsy
- Lung disease
This device is attached to the vessel to protect guests while snorkeling. If you are unable to use this device, you will not be able to partake in this tour's snorkelling component. Please contact us before booking if you have any concerns.
Cruise Ship Passengers:
If your cruise ship itinerary or departure times change within the cancellation policy of your vessel, we will do our best to assist you in finding other alternatives. However, in most cases we will not be able to issue any kind of refund. It is for this reason, that we strongly recommend you have travel insurance, as cruise ship schedules are known to change frequently.

- Licensed vessel (no BYO). You can purchase soft drinks and alcoholic beverages on board. We do have a 'card only' bar. You can purchase alcohol from the on board bar (card only) or you can pre-purchase beverage or food packages (please include your name and booking reference as a note when in the shopping cart).
- Special diets outside of vegetarian or pescatarian will incur a charge of $10pp to be paid upon boarding.
- Food and beverage packages are available for pre-purchase (please ask us if you want more information)
- A 15% surcharge applies to holidays including Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, and New Year's Day (unavailable on Christmas Day)
- You can hire wetsuits at Aqua Dive in the Coral Sea Marina the day before departure if you wish.
- Excess luggage can be stored at Airlie Beach Bag Storage at The Travel Shop, for a charge of $5 per bag for the day.
- Mandatory Environmental Management Charge (EMC) tax of $10 per person per day (including children) to be collected at the time of boarding.
Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required for all private charters. All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 month prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations within 60 days forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do we depart from?
Regular charters depart from Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach. A Hamilton Island pick up and/or drop off may be available at additional cost, but guests must enquire about this directly with our sales staff, and will be deducted out of the scheduled charter time period.
Are there any age restrictions?
MiLady is able to accept children. However, if you do plan on travelling with children, please let us know so we can check suitability with the operator.
Can my dietary requirements be catered for?
Yes, but please note that special diets outside of vegetarian or pescetarian will incur a charge of $10pp to be paid upon boarding.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
MiLady is a licensed vessel with a bar onboard, so there is no BYO.
How many people can fit onboard?
MiLady fits 12 guests for the day sail charter, perfect for small groups!
Is lunch included?
Yes, lunch is included and there is also a gourmet lunch upgrade which you can add at checkout. See the menu section for more info!
