Important Information
Important Terms From The Operator
- Before booking, you must check your ship’s scheduled berthing and departure times to ensure you have ample time to join our cruise. It is your responsibility to verify these details.
- Private charter bookings will be confirmed on payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit.
- Private charter balance payments are to be made 30 days before the travel date of the charter.
- All guests must sign a waiver (including children via parent/guardian). This will be sent via email at the time your booking is confirmed. You must inform us of any medical conditions, even if you have already listed them on our waivers. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any conditions that might adversely affect your ability to swim, snorkel or otherwise enjoy the activities provided.
- No BYO alcohol, please. MiLday is fully licensed.
- All departures and itineraries are subject to weather and may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of the Master. The Master’s instructions must always be obeyed.
- Environmental Management Charge (EMC) is a government reef tax used for funding to conserve the Great Barrier Reef. Operators are required by law to collect this tax on behalf of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) upon boarding. Price is $10 pp per day for adults and children.

- Wetsuits are not provided in the winter. These can be hired from Aqua Dive, located at the Coral Sea Marina North (the same Marina we depart from). All wetsuits must be picked up the day before your sail, as the shop is not open when the vessel departs.

- Mandatory Environmental Management Charge (EMC) tax of $10 per person per day (including children) to be collected at the time of boarding.
- Drinks for sale onboard. This is a fully licensed vessel; no BYO (bring your own) alcohol permitted. We do have a 'card only' bar. You can purchase alcohol from the on board bar (card only) or you can pre-purchase beverage or food packages (please include your name and booking reference as a note when in the shopping cart).
- If you have any dietary requirements outside of vegetarian or pescatarian, there will be a fee of $10 payable upon boarding. Please let us know at the time of booking.
- If you wish to hire a wetsuit, please do so at Aqua Dive in the Coral Sea Marina.
- The following surcharges are applicable on the following holidays:

- Christmas Day (40% surcharge)

Cancellations
Cancellation Policy From The Operator
- Cancellations 30 days before departure will result in 100% of the payment.
- Cancellation 60 days before departure will result in 50% of the payment.
- Travel insurance is strongly advised to protect against unexpected circumstances that might result in a booking cancellation.
- Private charter bookings will be confirmed on payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Can my dietary requirements be catered for?
Vegetarian and pescetarian diets can be catered for with advance notice. Please let us know at the time of booking. Please enquire about any other special diets!
Can we BYO alcohol?
MiLady is a licensed vessel, so you can't BYO alcohol but you can buy drinks onboard.
Where does the charter depart?
The charter departs from Coral Sea Marina, Airlie Beach. Please meet at Meeting Point B.
What time is the charter?
Departure time can be anytime after 8am, with a duration of 7.5 hours. You can coordinate this with our team based on your cruise ship schedule.
Are stinger suits provided?
Stinger suits are provided for free during stinger season (November to May). Snorkel gear is also provided! MiLady doesn't provide wetsuits. If you want a wetsuit in winter, please visit Aqua Dive at the Coral Sea Marina the day before your departure to hire one.
How do I plan this charter with my cruise ship schedule?
Before booking, you must check your ship’s scheduled berthing and departure times to ensure you have ample time to join our cruise. It is your responsibility to verify these details.
You are required to text or call MiLady on 0427 882 062 to confirm your exact arrival time at the Port of Airlie (POA) before boarding our vessel. This step is essential to ensure smooth coordination.
Upon disembarking the tender into port, you must update MiLady immediately by texting 0427 882 062. A complimentary pickup from the Port of Airlie may be available if your crew are notified in time.
We also require a confirmed time for your return to the marina, so the crew can get you back to your ship before it departs.
Please note: Sailing Whitsundays and MiLady accept no responsibility for missed connections due to your ship’s arrival or departure schedule. It is your responsibility to keep your crew fully informed.
