• Wetsuits are not provided in the winter. These can be hired from Aqua Dive, located at the Coral Sea Marina North (the same Marina we depart from). All wetsuits must be picked up the day before your sail, as the shop is not open when the vessel departs.

• Mandatory Environmental Management Charge (EMC) tax of $10 per person per day (including children) to be collected at the time of boarding. 
• Drinks for sale onboard. This is a fully licensed vessel; no BYO (bring your own) alcohol permitted.
• If you have any dietary requirements outside of vegetarian or pescetarian, there will be a fee of $10 payable upon boarding. Please let us know at the time of booking. 
• If you wish to hire a wetsuit, please do so at Aqua Dive in the Coral Sea Marina. 
• The following surcharges are applicable on the following holidays:
  • Good Friday (15%)
  • Easter Monday (15%)
  • Anzac Day (15%)
  • Christmas Day (40% surcharge)
  • Boxing Day (26th December) (15%)
  • New Year's Day (1st January) (15%)

Terms and Conditions

Important Terms From The Operator

• Before booking, you must check your ship’s scheduled berthing and departure times to ensure you have ample time to join our cruise. It is your responsibility to verify these details.
  
  
• Private charter bookings will be confirmed on payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit.
  
  
• Private charter balance payments are to be made 30 days before the travel date of the charter. 
  
  
• All guests must sign a waiver (including children via parent/guardian). This will be sent via email at the time your booking is confirmed. You must inform us of any medical conditions, even if you have already listed them on our waivers. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any conditions that might adversely affect your ability to swim, snorkel or otherwise enjoy the activities provided.
  
  
• No BYO alcohol, please. MiLday is fully licensed.
  
  
• All departures and itineraries are subject to weather and may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of the Master. The Master’s instructions must always be obeyed.
  
  
• Environmental Management Charge (EMC) is a government reef tax used for funding to conserve the Great Barrier Reef. Operators are required by law to collect this tax on behalf of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) upon boarding. Price is $10 pp per day for adults and children.

Open Date Vouchers / Gift Certificate:

Shipping Costs are in addition to the ticket price and will be added at check-out. Shipping costs are non-refundable and do not makeup part of the ticket value. 

E-Vouchers incur no shipping fees.

You have 5 years to use the value of the voucher. Seasonal Price Rises will apply if travelling out the current seasons pricing. Vouchers can be exchanged for free up to the full value of the voucher excluding credit card fees and charges.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy From The Operator

• Cancellations 30 days before departure will result in 100% of the payment.
• Cancellation 60 days before departure will result in 50% of the payment.
• Travel insurance is strongly advised to protect against unexpected circumstances that might result in a booking cancellation.
• Private charter bookings will be confirmed on payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit.
