Located in the heart of Airlie Beach, The Travel Shop is situated between Garuma Cafe and Base Backpackers on the main street, directly opposite a bus stop too. Plus it’s easy to access by car with handy car parking nearby.

If you’re hiring a bareboat or off on an overnight tour of the Whitsunday Islands, excessive luggage is not permitted on the boats (just not enough room sadly). This means that guests are often limited to one small overnight bag. Luckily The Travel Shop has a room dedicated to your needs that will solve your issue on where to store your luggage.
The Travel Shop also has plenty of room for you to unpack what you need and re-pack it into smaller bags so you don’t have to worry about chaotically spilling your possessions all over the street. Once you’ve organised what you need to take, you can pop your suitcases or backpacks into the safe storage room. To ensure your belongings remain secure, only our staff are allowed into the room. We also have security cameras and staff monitoring the store all day. The storage room is spacious, secure and affordable making it the best place to store your bags in Airlie!
