Shipping Policy

By placing an order through Sailing Whitsundays, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. All vouchers and tickets will be sent via electronic methods except when selected on Experience "Gift" Vouchers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are a fixed rate of $25 per order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.

Delivery Locations

Delivery is available to registered domestic locations within Australia only. International shipping is not available. Please select E-Voucher for international vouchers.

Delivery Terms

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 to 5 days. Sailing Whitsundays is not responsible for any late, missing, or lost posts.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 5 business days of payment of the order. Please note that dispatch times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

Shipping Provider

We use reputable shipping partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of purchase. Any additional delivery instructions should be specified during the checkout process. Sailing Whitsundays is not liable for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, customers are required to sign for the receipt of their order. This is to ensure that the package has been delivered to the correct recipient and address provided during the checkout process.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, a notification card will be left at the delivery address provided. Customers are responsible for arranging re-delivery or collection of the package as per the instructions provided on the notification card.
