Important Information
- Minimum travel age for Reefsleep is 6. Travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult carer.
- You may return to a different location by request.
What To Bring
Please bring only a small bag with:
- Swimwear
- Change of clothes
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses etc)
- Beach towel
- Camera
- Toiletries
- Jumper or jacket (seasonal)
- Cash or credit cards for onboard purchases
- Photo identification
Luggage storage:
You can store your additional luggage for free at the Cruise Whitsundays office at Port of Airlie for the duration of your trip on Reefsleep.
Alternatively, you can store your luggage at The Travel Shop (344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach) for a small fee. We are open between 9am and 6pm, so feel free to drop bags the day before so you can make your 7:30am check in.

Cancellations
- Free Cancellation Up To 14 Days Before Departure.
- No Shows or Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the travel date forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
