David Attenborough Documentary on Great Barrier Reef

The second part of Sir David Attenborough’s latest documentary ‘The Great Barrier Reef’ will go to air this Sunday at 7:40pm on ABC.

This ground-breaking two-part series has been eagerly awaited by millions of people around the world and has sparked incredible hype around the natural wonder known as the Great Barrier Reef, off the east coast of Queensland.

The series is the second to be made by Attenborough who visited the reef some 60 years previously with the latest documentary featuring a semi-submersible which allows this world-renowned broadcaster to explore the reef at night and at some places which have never been visited before.

The Great Barrier Reef continues to be a tourist attraction around the world.
