Luxury Superyacht, Aurora offers a variety of catering packages to suit any charter, whether you're on board for one day or for a few nights. Aurora's chefs are flavour perfectionists and can personalise the menu specifically to you no matter the occasion, offering formal dinners, buffet-style dinners or standing cocktail events. Any dietary requests can also be catered for.

If you're after a specific cocktail for your charter, please advise upon booking for your request to be accommodated.
Important Information & Additional Costs
- BYO charges - BYO catering incurs a fee of $22 per person. BYO beverages incur a fee of $30 per person. BYO catering and beverages incur a fee of $35 per person. Any BYO beverages must be served by the RSA-trained staff.
- Consumption Bar - Must be signed off with the main guest and captain prior to disembarkation and paid within 7 days of receiving an invoice.
- Chef costs - approximately $700 for a minimum of 4 hours, $100 per hour after that (Day Charters only, Overnight Charters include chef costs).
- Waitstaff costs - approximately $450 for a minimum of 4 hours, $88 per hour after that (Day Charters only, Overnight Charters include chef costs).
- There are three dining areas, each seating 8-10 guests.
- If there are any beverages in particular that you like on board, the crew can accommodate requests (subject to availability).
- All alcoholic beverage packages must be purchased alongside a food package. Specific wines may change as they are subject to availability.
- Food and beverage selections are to be made 21 days prior to the charter.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Surcharges apply to Public Holidays for charter hire and for staff.
- All prices include GST.
