Luxury Superyacht, Aurora offers a variety of catering packages to suit any charter, whether you're on board for one day or for a few nights. Aurora's chefs are flavour perfectionists and can personalise the menu specifically to you no matter the occasion, offering formal dinners, buffet-style dinners or standing cocktail events. Any dietary requests can also be catered for.

Morning And Afternoon Tea Options

Light Breakfast

$24.50 per person

  • Grilled Bacon and Egg & Swiss Cheese Muffin – BBQ Relish
  • Wilted Spinach and Egg & Slow Roasted Tomato Wrap

Morning Tea

Additional Costs

  • The cost of the chef is approximately $660 for a minimum of 4 hours, $100 per hour after that. 
  • Waitstaff are approximately $400 for a minimum of 4 hours, $88 per hour after that. 

Important Information

  • If there are any beverages in particular that you like on board, the crew can accommodate requests (subject to availability).
  • All alcoholic beverage packages must be purchased alongside a food package. Specific wines may change as they are subject to availability.
  • Food and beverage selections are to be made 21 days prior to the charter.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • Surcharges apply to Public Holidays for charter hire and for staff.
