Aurora Food and Beverage Packages

Luxury Superyacht, Aurora offers a variety of catering packages to suit any charter, whether you're on board for one day or for a few nights. Aurora's chefs are flavour perfectionists and can personalise the menu specifically to you no matter the occasion, offering formal dinners, buffet-style dinners or standing cocktail events. Any dietary requests can also be catered for. 

Customised Food Package

Based on a minimum of 8 guests:

Customised Beverage Package

Starting at $35 per person, per hour includes:

• Sparkling wine
• White wine
• Rosé 
• Beer
• Selection of soft drinks

Cocktails are available from $25 per cocktail. Premium Spirits can be added on to the beverage packages for $15 per person, per hour. 

Additional Costs

• The cost of the chef is approximately $650 for a minimum of 4 hours, $100 per hour after that. 
• Waitstaff are approximately $450 for a minimum of 4 hours, $80 per hour after that. 

Important Information

• Minimum catering spend is $1500.
• If there are any beverages in particular that you like on board, the crew can accommodate requests (subject to availability).
• All alcoholic beverage packages must be purchased alongside a food package. Specific wines may change as they are subject to availability.
• BYO is not applicable to charters. 
• Food and beverage selections are to be made 21 days prior to the charter.
• Rates are subject to change.
• Surcharges apply to Public Holidays for charter hire and for staff.
• Rates are plus GST.
