With onboard scuba diving and a fun, social atmosphere, guests are in for an amazingly memorable time in the Whitsundays. The trip begins at full speed as Apollo races her way across the Coral Sea. As a renowned boat with a fantastic history, Apollo offers a genuine sailing experience to her passengers. Guests have the change to assist the crew, helping to set sails and pull ropes, or they can just take the time to relax on deck - Apollo has something for every type of sailor!
Each destination on Apollo’s itinerary is as amazing as the last, and with onboard scuba facilities, passengers are able to dive at some of the best sites around the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and even undertake a night dive. Guests have the chance to enjoy one free scuba dive as part of their Apollo experience - something not offered by most tours in the Whitsundays. Those who want to explore the water from above can also utilize the snorkelling equipment on board and browse the amazing fringing reefs at their own leisure.
Apollo will also set sail for the infamous Whitehaven Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It's located on Whitsunday Island, one of the 74 islands in the area, and is known for its pure white silica sands. Guests can take the time to check out the amazing view of Hill Inlet from the lookout, which is located a short bushwalk away from Whitehaven Beach. From the top you'll be able to see the swirling white sands below and take some amazing photographs to show your family back home!
Back onboard Apollo, enjoy freshly-prepared meals by the crew, curl up with a book, socialise with fellow guests and enjoy a drink out on the deck – the perfect way to end a day in paradise.
