All additional services and equipment hires are subject to changing costs and fluctuating availability. Upon booking, please let us know which services you will require, and any other information about your private charter experience or event.

When booking crew, please note that there is a staff-to-guest ratio of 1:10. A chef is required for any catered charters with a staff-to-guest ratio of 1:50.

There are no DJ decks or equipment on board. This equipment will need to be sourced, please let us know in advance if you are planning on booking live music.
- This vessel does incur additional costs, so please familiarise yourselves with any fees in the 'what's extra' section above.
- Hiring of Mischief Superyacht is subject to staff availability.
- Please advise staff of any extras package add-ons and/or dietary requirements at least 14 prior to your departure.
Cruise Ship Passengers:
If your cruise ship itinerary or departure times change within the cancellation policy of your vessel, we will do our best to assist you in finding other alternatives. However, in most cases we will not be able to issue any kind of refund. It is for this reason, that we strongly recommend you have travel insurance, as cruise ship schedules are known to change frequently.

Excess luggage can be stored at our Airlie Beach Travel Shop in town. Located at 344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach, open from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, seven days per week.

Cancellations
All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before this scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations made within 30 days of departure forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to admin@mr-travel.com. Cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
