Cancellations
- All cancellations forfeit 10% of the recommended retail price (RRP) - not the discounted/sale price.
- No shows or client cancellations made within 24 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
We accept cancellations up until 48 hours prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel your booking, please reply to your confirmation email with a request to cancel. You will not be able to cancel your booking by phoning the property as ALL cancellation requests must be received in writing.
Should you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, or neglect to arrive at the property, a fee equivalent to the first night of accommodation will be charged.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
