The Great Queensland Getaway, an $8 million tourism campaign, was launched in October 2021 by the Queensland Government and has seen thousands of everyday Australians book heavily discounted holidays to world-renowned holiday hotspots across the state. From astounding flight deals to once-in-a-lifetime discounts on tours and attractions, Queenslanders have leapt at the opportunity to explore their own backyards.
In 2021 holidaymakers were able to save up to $200 on their next Great Whitsunday Getaway, now Australians can enter five Great Queensland Getaway competitions for a chance to win a luxurious escape in the sunshine state!
How to enter the Great Queensland Getaway Competition
To enter the draw to win one of five unforgettable Queensland holidays, follow the prompts here to enter the current draw - a new competition is launched every three days between the 13th to 27th of February!
The first three Great Queensland Getaway competition entries have closed, however, Australian holidaymakers have until 5 pm AEST Thursday 24th of February 2022 to go in the draw for Prize 4 - A Whitsundays superyacht cruise worth $40, 000! Featuring three nights on the luxurious catamaran Triple 888, the lucky winner and six guests will be able to cruise around the gleaming blue waters of the Whitsunday Islands in intimate style! Entries open for the mysterious Prize 5 at 9 am AEST Friday 25th of February 2022. All winners for the Great Queensland Getaway Competition will be notified before the 14th of March 2022.
