Day 1

On Arrival

• A platter of seasonal, tropical fresh fruit 

Dinner

• A flavourful homemade Tikka Masala
• Crispy onion bhaji
• Savory samosas

Dessert

• Warm apple and berry crumble, served with custard or cream

Day 2

Breakfast

• Freshly baked bread
• Assorted condiments
• Selection of cereals with variety of milks
• Various flavours of yoghurt
• Fresh seasonal fruit

Morning Tea

• Soft and fluffy muffins

Lunch

• Build-your-own wraps with a variety of fresh fillings, including:
  • Cold meats or falafel
  • Crisp lettuce and fresh salads
  • Pesto pasta

Afternoon Tea

• Gourmet antipasto platter including:
  • Veggie sticks and crackers
  • Fresh made hummus

Dinner

• Chef’s special chilli con carne
• Fresh guacamole
• Steamed rice
• Crispy tortilla chips

Dessert

• Summer Jo's signature chocolate brownie topped with ice cream 

Day 3

• Summer Jo's famous banana bread

Lunch

• Creamy bacon and spinach pasta
• Fresh salads

Afternoon Tea

• A gourmet antipasto platter with cured meats, cheeses & crackers

Dinner

• Classic Aussie BBQ with a selection of meats
• Fresh, crisp salads

Dessert

• Rich and sticky date pudding

Day 4

Breakfast

• Freshly baked bread
• Assorted condiments
• Selection of cereals with variety of milks
• Various flavours of yoghurt
• Fresh seasonal fruit

Final Farewell Meal

• Fresh selection of local, seasonal fruit

Tea and coffee will be available the entire length of the trip, in the lower saloon.
