Oscar II Superyacht Catering Menu

Oscar II's menus have been designed specifically to suit any styles of dining, from casual cocktail cuisine to formal fine dining. You also have the flexibility to create a custom menu to cater for special dietary requirements or to a themed event. We will work with you to create an unforgettable experience.

The chef offers indulgent catering options including the canapes menu, platter menu, and buffet style menu.


CANAPÉS MENU

9 CANAPÉS and 1 SUBSTANTIAL $80 // 12 CANAPÉS and 2 SUBSTANTIAL $110

CANAPES

  • Rock Oysters, finger lime mignonette dressing, lemon (df)
  • Local prawn bruschetta, chipotle aioli (df)
  • Swordfish ceviche, baby herbs, white balsamic (df, gf)
  • Smoked salmon on crouton, herb creme fraiche, pickled cucumber, shiso leaves
  • Spanner crab, avocado mousse, finger lime mignonette, baby coriander leaves (df)
  • Fresh cooked local prawns, lemon, cocktail sauce (df, gf)
  • Salt and pepper calamari with a chili lime dressing (df)
  • Lamb and harissa sausage rolls
  • Spinach and ricotta filo's, tomato relish (v)

  • Peeled local king prawns, cocktail sauce, lemon
  • Smoked Tasmanian salmon, herb crème fraiche
  • Marinated lamb with garlic, preserved lemon and rosemary, tzatziki
  • Creamy chicken pesto pasta salad, semi dried tomatoes, kalamata olives
  • Tempura prawns, chipotle, lemon
  • Garden salad, lemon herb dressing
  • Traditional Greek salad, marinated fetta, kalamata olives
  • Charred greens, lemon oil, toasted almonds
  • Roasted new potatoes, rosemary, sea salt

  • Tempura prawns, chipotle, lemon
  • Moreton Bay bugs, garlic and herb butter
  • Oven roasted local snapper fillets, caper butter, watercress
  • Marinated lamb with garlic, preserved lemon and rosemary, tzatziki

PLATTER MENU

CHEESE & FRUIT PLATTER $250

  • Selection of international and Australian cheeses, selection of in seasonal fresh fruit, fresh bread basket, quince paste, lavosh, and crackers

ANTIPASTO PLATTER $350

  • Salami, prosciutto, smoked ham, spices olives, smoked chicken, smoked salmon, pickled onions, Australian cheese selection, bread basket, quince paste, lavosh, and crackers 

COLD SEAFOOD PLATTER $450

  • Oysters, cooked QLD prawns, smoked salmon, cured King fish, marinated baby octopus and calamari salad, seasonal salad, lavosh, assorted dipping sauces, lemons

BYO FOOD

It costs $20 per person to bring your own food. Cutlery, napkins, and plates and included, with additional fees for the use of the galley. 


BEVERAGES PACKAGES

  • Oscar II is a BYO beverage vessel.
  • Costs for BYO alcohol are $25 per person.
  • Each charter will include glassware, ice, cups, straws, and bottled water.
  • Our friendly team can assist with beverage pre-orders and delivery. Ask your Charter Manager for pricing.
