The Whitsunday Pavilion, is owned by the Whitsunday Sailing Club, is actually a popular wedding and event venue, however it is also open for the public to visit and take photos. Just a short walk from the Airlie Beach Main Street, head towards the Whitsunday Sailing Club and you are sure to spot this lovely hut!

Appearing to be made completely out of broken corals, the beach stretches some way, has some shade and offers a lovely view out to the Coral Sea. The walk to the beach is pleasant and full of native flora and fauna, creeks and forestry.

3. Peter Faust Dam (Lake Proserpine)

If you have a vehicle, it is a worthwhile drive (approximately 45 minutes) to Peter Faust Dam, the main water source for the Whitsundays township.
