Heart of Reef Shuttles operates 365 days a year, meeting every departing and arriving flight at Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP). Their aim is to make everyone's stay in the Whitsundays a pleasant experience by taking away the stress of organising airport transfers. The vehicles are 13-seater micro vans, which are fully air-conditioned with trailers for luggage.
Heart of Reef Shuttles aim to provide each guest with an experience they will never forget! Upon arrival to Whitsundays Coast Airport, your friendly driver will be waiting for you in the luggage collection area, holding a sign with your name on it. Your driver is also available to assist you with your luggage.
On the drive in from the airport, your fun and friendly drivers are happy to give a small commentary of the local area.

Using a fully air-conditioned,13 seater bus means fewer stops; therefore getting you to your destination faster than any other service! Your return Airport Transfer back to Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine) pick-up times are set so you arrive at the airport well before check-in closes.

Smoking and the consumption of Alcohol or illegal drugs is prohibited in the vehicles under Australian Federal and State Government Regulations.
Any passengers displaying violent, aggressive or disorderly behavior will not be permitted on the bus; any fares paid will be forfeited
We will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control; however, we will make every effort to overcome the problem and get you to your destination
Cancellations beyond our control due to unforeseen circumstances (road closures, flooding, natural disasters) will be re-booked at no extra charge
If your flight times have been altered, please advise us as soon as possible

Cancellations
No shows or client cancellations made within 72 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can infants sit on parents lap on shuttle?
All children ages 0-12 must have their own seat. Car seats are mandatory for children ages 0-2 and strongly recommended for children ages 3 and 4. This is for safety reasons, and you can select the child fare and car seat at checkout.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
All shuttle buses opreate according to scheduled flight numbers. This means if your flight is delayed Heart Of Reef Shuttles will be there to meet you, no matter what time it arrives. To ensure the bus is there waiting for you upon arrival, please make sure you have booked your shuttle based on your flight number.
Where does the shuttle drop off / pick up in Airlie Beach?
Heart of Reef Shuttles drop off at all Resorts, Hotels, Airbnb’s, Hostels, Marinas, Shute Harbour and Private addresses. Please make sure you provide your drop off / pick up location when booking.
Where do I find the shuttle when I land a Proserpine Airport?
One of the drivers will be at the Heart Of Reef Shuttles airport desk (located opposite the luggage collection area) and your name will be on the TV screen. Make yourself known to them and they will tell you where to go once you have collected your luggage.
Will the shuttle wait for me to collect my bags?
Your shuttle driver won’t leave the airport until everyone from your flight has collected their luggage and is on board the bus.
