Important Information
- Charter rates are per a 24 hour period, generally between 11am to 11am. If you would prefer a specific time, please enquire for availability.
- Please note that the prices of charters are for 4 guests. Any additional guests will be charged $300 per person, per night.
- Transfers from Hayman Island or Hamilton Island incur a $1000 relocation fee.
- Hamilton Island pick-ups or drop-offs incur a $1400 fee.

Excess luggage can be stored at our Airlie Beach Travel Shop in town. Located at 344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach, open from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, seven days per week.

- Fuel costs are incurred if over 4 hours are spent cruising during the charter.
- Guests are welcome to BYO alcohol ($30 per person) or go on a consumption basis during their stay.
Cancellations
All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before this scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations made within 30 days of departure forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to admin@mr-travel.com. Cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
