Kiana Sailing Trip Whitsundays
As one of just two vessels which ventures to the outer Great Barrier Reef for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, Kiana is one of the most impressive trips on offer in the Whitsundays
Kiana is also one of few trips which is equipped with onboard scuba diving equipment with 1 free dive included, allowing guests to truly experience the magic of the famous Bait Reef.
This 3 day/ 2 night sailing trip is hard to pass up. With just 14 passengers in total, guests can enjoy a more personalised experience and dive or snorkel in a more intimate environment with more one-on-one time for beginners.
The vessel itself flaunts space and comfort with private cabins and share accommodation available as well as air-conditioning, a large sun deck, and a roomy saloon area.
With more time to spare than other trips, Kiana has a stand-out itinerary which includes time sailing around the Whitsunday islands, snorkelling, swimming and diving at some of the inner reefs as well as a stop at the famous Whitehaven Beach, followed by a bushwalk to Hill Inlet Lookout.
Then it’s time to head some 3-4 hours beyond the islands at which guests can appreciate diving and snorkelling and even sleeping at the outer Great Barrier Reef.
After ample time spent exploring the underwater world, passengers can jump back onboard an enjoy some socialising, indulge in great food prepared by the crew, seek solitude or enjoy a drink on the deck and watch the sunset of the reef.
