Habibi Sailing Trip in the Whitsundays
The hot choice among the backpacking crowd, Habibi ticks all the boxes as a budget-friendly, adventure-seeking trip.
Perfect for those aged 18-35 with a sense of adventure and a desire to socialise, Habibi also offers some downtime with guests able to relax on the deck with a drink, or spend some time soaking in the sun rays on the beach.
Taking a maximum of 25 guests it total, Habibi features alfresco dining, both shared as well as private accommodation with plenty of room above and below the deck to find some solitude.
And as monohull, Habibi offers a genuine sailing experience when the sails are set with guests able to assist the crew, or just sit back and relax!
When guests aren’t socialising, fraternising, relaxing and chilling onboard, the adventures begin in the turquoise waters with plenty of swimming and snorkelling opportunities at some of the best spots around the Whitsunday islands and Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.
The trip wouldn’t be a real tour without a stop at Whitehaven Beach on Whitsunday Island of course, and guests will be blown away at the view from Hill Inlet Lookout which displays 7 kilometres of the beach’s amazing silica sands from above.
When back onboard, passengers will be served up hearty meals by the experienced crew who also enjoy sharing stories and interesting facts and information about the region’s flora, fauna and natural surroundings.
At the end of each, guests can head out to the deck with a drink and watch the sun go down, followed by a spectacular view of the evening sky which is lit up by stars.
Because Habibi is such great value for money, trips fill up quickly and therefore must all bookings must be made in advance.
