Cruise Ship Passengers:
If your cruise ship itinerary or departure times change within the cancellation policy of your vessel, we will do our best to assist you in finding other alternatives. However, in most cases we will not be able to issue any kind of refund. It is for this reason, that we strongly recommend you have travel insurance, as cruise ship schedules are known to change frequently.

Cancellations
No shows or client cancellations made within 24 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Is food included?
Yes, on your half-day charter there is an included lunch which consists of a selection of delicious cold meats, salmon & fresh salad platter for "build your own wraps". There is also an afternoon grazing antipasto platter (or morning tea supplied for earlier charters).
Can we bring our own food?
Of course! The charter is entirely flexible, and though food is included, you are welcome to bring your own snacks or special cakes or desserts.
Are drinks included?
Tea, coffee, and filtered drinking water are included. For alcohol or other special soft drinks, please bring your own (preferably no glass please)! Ice and cups are supplied onboard.
Can we pre-order alcohol and have it delivered?
Yes! If you don't want to worry about bringing your own drinks, you can choose pre-orders of alcohol on Whitsunday Provisioning and have it delivered to our vessel for your charter.
Where do we meet for departure?
All our charters depart and return from Coral Sea Marina Airlie Beach. The exact meeting point is meeting point B at the Northern End - near the roundabout under the white umbrellas.
What water sports are included?
Snorkel gear, paddleboards, and kayaks are included!
What is the itinerary?
Your private charter itinerary is flexible, and destinations in the Whitsundays can be chosen on the day to suit the conditions. Common destinations include areas around the Northern End of Hook Island area near Hayman Island or the iconic South Molle Island.
What time does the charter depart?
Half day charters are entirely flexible! You can choose an earlier departure time or plan an afternoon charter so you can catch the sunset on the way back to Airlie Beach. Popular half-day charter times are 10am to 4pm, 11am to 5pm or 12pm to 6pm.
