Where do we get the camping package gear?
The Bell Tents Whitsundays team will meet you at Shute Harbour 45 minutes prior to departure. They will deliver your camping gear and include a briefing on how to set up the tent. They can also meet you at your accommodation prior to departure if you prefer!
What are the mattresses like?
Your glamping package comes with inflatable air mattresses that have an electric pump to make it easy to inflate. Luxury white bed linens and cushions are also provided!
Is the equipment easy to set up?
Yes! You have to set up your own campsite, but the team will give you detailed instructions so you feel prepared. Everything is easy to set up so you should have no troubles.
How many beds are included in the glamping tent?
You can choose between one queen size mattress or two single bed mattresses.
What do we do for food?
Your should bring all your own food and drinks, plus ice for the esky. The package includes all your cooking equipment and utensils, plus the esky for storage. Just bring whatever food you want and you can cook it up in style!
Where can we camp in the Whitsundays?
There are several island campsites throughout the Whitsundays, in places like Whitsunday Island, Hook Island, and more. View campsites and reserve your place on the QLD National Parks website (campsites must be booked online in advance).
