Important Information
The 50% deposit amount is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the due date stated on the voucher may result in termination of the charter (cancellation fees apply).
A Shark Shield antenna has been installed on this vessel. Anyone with a pacemaker, who is pregnant, or has a health condition, could be affected by the electric field and should not use the device. Some examples of health conditions include:
- Heart disease
- A history of heart problems
- Peripheral vascular disease
- Stroke
- A history of fainting
- A history of epilepsy
- Lung disease
This device is attached to the vessel to protect guests while snorkelling. If you are unable to use this device, you will not be able to partake in this tour's snorkelling component. Please contact us before booking if you have any concerns.
Dietary Requirements:
Upon booking, guests select either a regular option (meat) or a vegetarian option for their meals. The only dietary requirement that can be catered for is vegetarian. Other dietary requirements cannot be catered for. If you have allergies, please enquire with our team about bringing your own food.
Children's Meals:
For children up to 7 years old: They will receive rice cakes covered in yogurt, a yogurt pouch, ham and cheese sandwiches, and fruit cups. Parents are welcome to bring additional snacks if they wish.
For children 8 years and older: They will receive the standard catering, which includes yogurt, cookies, chicken salad and avocado wraps, sun-dried tomato and feta quiche, and fruit skewers.
Children's Snorkelling:
We provide snorkeling equipment available for all ages, but we do not provide fins to protect the reef. For toddlers, we recommend that parents bring their own life vests for a better fit in the water. Alternatively, life vests can be hired from Aqua Dive the day before your sail.
Cruise Ship Passengers:
If your cruise ship itinerary or departure times change within the cancellation policy of your vessel, we will do our best to assist you in finding other alternatives. However, in most cases we will not be able to issue any kind of refund. It is for this reason, that we strongly recommend you have travel insurance, as cruise ship schedules are known to change frequently.

Cancellations
Private charter bookings will be confirmed on payment of non-refundable 50% deposit.
Private charter balance payments to be made 30 days prior to travel date of the charter.
Cancellations made within 30 days before departure will forfeit 100% of the ticket price.
Cancellation made within 60 days before departure will forfeit 50% of the ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

How do we organise our wedding charter?

How far in advance should we book?
Private charters are all subject to availability, so generally you want to book as far in advance as you can! The sooner you book, the better chance you have of securing your chosen dates.
What are the depart return times?
The private charter is customisable, so you can choose the best times that suit your schedule. The full day charter generally departs at 7:30am and returns at 4:30pm, but it's up to you.
How long are the wedding charters?
The half day wedding charter is 5 hours, and the full day wedding charter is 8 hours. Providence has plenty of other charter options available as well, so enquire for more info.
Will we swim or snorkel on the charter?
You can if you want to! The Whitsundays are full of amazing beaches and snorkel spots. If it fits in your itinerary and you want to swim or snorkel, that can definitely be arranged. But again, the charter is flexible, so you don't have to get in the water if you prefer a ceremony or event that is onboard the ship only.
Can we visit Whitehaven Beach?
You can visit Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet Lookout on the full day charter! The half day charter will likely not have enough time to visit Whitehaven.
