- This vessel does incur additional costs, so please familiarise yourselves with any fees in the 'what's extra' section above.
- Hiring of Pleiades II Superyacht is subject to staff availability.
- Please advise staff of any extras package add-ons and/or dietary requirements at least 14 days prior to your departure.
BYO Beverages
- We don’t allow clients to “bring down their alcohol” as it takes away from the experience of a luxury charter.
- Clients must place an order with the Airlie Beach Bottle Shop (or a similar shop in AB if it has their requirements) minimum a week prior to charter date, to ensure sufficient time for crew to collect and have waiting onboard.
- Payment can be completed by the agent, with a Credit Card Authorisation (which is also on each Charter Agreement) and we process this manually with the Shop Manager over the phone.

Excess luggage can be stored at our Airlie Beach Travel Shop in town. Located at 344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach, open from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, seven days per week.

Cancellations
All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before this scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations made within 30 days of departure forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to admin@mr-travel.com. Cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
