All in-water activities are to be confirmed at the time of booking the hire. Anyone who wishes to participate in any water activities will not be permitted to consume any alcohol.

Excess luggage can be stored at our Airlie Beach Travel Shop in town, free of charge. Located at 344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach, open from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, seven days per week.

Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required for all private charters. All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 month prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations within 60 days forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to admin@mr-travel.com. Cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Where does Pegasus depart from?
The yacht departs from Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach.
Are there any extra fees for the overnight charter?
Overnight charters incur a 20% APA fee. Anything unused will be refunded at the end of hire (find out more about APA with our complete guide). There is also a public holiday and peak season surcharge of 50% for vessel hire + 100% on staff fees.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes! Pegasus is a BYO vessel, though there is a $30 per person BYO fee.
Are meals included?
Yes, all meals for the duration of your charter are included. The food is freshly prepared by the excellent onboard chef! Please let us know upon booking if there are any dietary requirements.
Can you smoke onboard?
Smoking is only permitted on the aft swim platform area and only while the yacht is at anchor.
When is Pegasus Luxury Yacht in the Whitsundays?
Pegasus will be in the Whitsundays from late July until mid October 2024.
Are water sports included?
Yes, snorkel gear, paddleboards, and a 2-seat kayak are included on Pegasus.
How many overnight guests can fit on Pegasus?
Pegasus Overnight Charters suit 6 guests in the 3 suites onboard.
Can we play music onboard?
Yes, Pegasus has a music system that is available during hires via bluetooth.
Can we wear shoes onboard?
The yacht has a limited shoe policy on board. Whilst we encourage the removal of shoes, boat shoes or sandals are allowed. No heels, boots or black-soled shoes are allowed on Pegasus. All guest's shoes will be stowed safely on board during the charter.
