- Service Staff - Extra crew member is recommended for more than 6 guests. $90 per hour (4 hr min)
- Public Holiday + Peak Season Surcharge applies- 50% for vessel hire + 100% on staff fees
Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required for all private charters. All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 month prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations within 60 days forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to admin@mr-travel.com. Cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Is there a minimum charter length for Pegasus?
Yes, the minimum charter length is 4 hours for a day charter.
Are water sports included?
Yes, snorkel gear, 2 x paddleboards, and a 2-seat kayak are included. Please organise the paddleboards and kayak in advance for your day charter!
Is alcohol included?
Alcohol is not included, but you can BYO for $30 per person.
Can we organise catering for our day charter?
Yes, you can organise delicious, freshly prepared catering with a private chef for your day charter! Please enquire for more info. Please notify staff of any dietary requirements in advance as well.
Where does Pegasus Luxury Yacht depart from?
Pegasus departs from the Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach. The marina is just a short, 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from downtown Airlie Beach.
Can you smoke onboard?
Smoking is only permitted on the aft swim platform area and only while the yacht is at anchor.
Can we play music onboard?
Yes, Pegasus has a music system that is available during hires via bluetooth.
Can we wear shoes on Pegasus?
The yacht has a limited shoe policy on board. Whilst we encourage the removal of shoes, boat shoes or sandals are allowed. No heels, boots or black-soled shoes are allowed on Pegasus. All guest's shoes will be stowed safely on board during the charter.
How do we get to the marina?
You can rent a car, take a taxi, or book private transport around Airlie Beach. For luxury private transport that includes airport pickup, contact us for a quote with Airlie Beach Executive Services.
