Excess luggage can be stored at our Airlie Beach Travel Shop in town. Located at 344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach, open from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, seven days per week.

- Different pickup locations may be organised upon request (extra fees may be charged)
- Food and beverage packages
- Additional waitstaff required for numbers over 12 (33 maximum guests, 3 wait staff required charged at $400 per additional staff)
- $1,000 to add water sports package for charters of less than 6 hours
Cancellations
All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before this scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations made within 30 days of departure forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to admin@mr-travel.com. Cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Is there a minimum charter length?
You can hire M/Y SUNSET Superyacht by the hour, with 3 hours being the minimum amount.
Are water sports included?
Snorkel gear and paddleboards are included on all charters. Motorized water sports like jet skis, seabobs, and electric surfboard are only included on charters of 6 hours or longer. You can add these to charters under 6 hours for an extra cost.
Where does the superyacht depart?
M/Y SUNSET departs from Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach. You can request pickup from Hamilton Island or Hayman Island for an extra cost.
Is crew included?
Yes! Your day charter includes 5 crew members, with more available to add if you have a large group.
Can we extend for an overnight charter?
M/Y SUNSET also offers overnight charters which you can book for anywhere from 24 hours to 5 nights!
