Important Information
The 50% deposit amount is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the due date may result in termination of the charter (cancellation fees apply).
Cruise Ship Passengers:
If your cruise ship itinerary or departure times change within the cancellation policy of your vessel, we will do our best to assist you in finding other alternatives. However, in most cases we will not be able to issue any kind of refund. It is for this reason, that we strongly recommend you have travel insurance, as cruise ship schedules are known to change frequently.

What's Extra
- Licensed vessel (no BYO). You can purchase soft drinks and alcoholic beverages on board. We do have a 'card only' bar.
- A 15% surcharge applies to holidays including Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, and New Years Day (unavailable on Christmas Day)
- Special diets outside of vegetarian or pescetarian will incur a charge of $10pp to be paid upon boarding.
- Mandatory Environmental Management Charge (EMC) tax of $10 per person per day (including children) to be collected at the time of boarding.
Cancellations
Private charter bookings will be confirmed on payment of non-refundable 50% deposit.
Private charter balance payments to be made 30 days prior to travel date of the charter.
Cancellations made within 30 days before departure will forfeit 100% of the ticket price.
Cancellation made within 60 days before departure will forfeit 50% of the ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

MiLady departs from the Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach. Please meet at the northern end of Coral Sea Marina, near the Kiosk Cafe and roundabout 30 minutes prior to your charter departure.
