- 130kgs is the maximum weight per passenger. All guests will be weighed at check-in. If your volunteered weight is not accurate, the flight may be cancelled and a 100% cancellation fee will apply
- This tour is not suitable for children under 13 years.
- This tour is recommended for people who are comfortable in the water and who can swim. Passengers who are unable to swim will not be allowed to enter the sea under any circumstances. There is no lifeguard on duty.
- There is a minimum of 2 passengers per booking/helicopter and a maximum of 6 passengers per helicopter.

What's Extra
- Individual weights in excess of 110kg will incur an extra seat surcharge
- Combined body weights per two passengers booking’s in excess of 180 kg’s will incur an extra seat surcharge
Cancellations
No shows or client cancellations made within 24 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price. If passengers elect not to travel due to weather conditions but flights are still operational, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
