Do we go on a boat during this tour?
No, the tour takes place at Eco Barge's headquarters (on land).
Where is the location of the tour?
Eco Barge Clean Seas Inc is located at the end of Boatyard Road in Jubilee Pocket. There is a bus stop located at the top of Boatyard Road. Car parking is available too.
Will we see turtles during the tour?
If there is a turtle in care, you will be able to see it from a safe distance, but you won't be able to touch the turtle. There may be times when you are not permitted to view the turtles as visitors could potentially stress the turtle out.
Is there a minimum age for this tour?
There are no age limits. All ages are welcome!
Is food included in this tour?
Food is not a part of this tour. The tour is short so you shouldn't need food while you're there. There are water stations though - so make sure you pack a reusable water bottle.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty. Wear enclosed shoes too. Some parts of the tour will be outside so ensure you wear sun protective clothing.
Are there bathrooms at the centre?
Yes, there is a bathroom for you to use.
