- There are no age restrictions but any child over 1 year old must occupy a seat.
- Children under age 1 ride free and must sit on mum or dad's lap.
- Due to health reasons, we do not offer car seats but we are happy if people want to bring their own.
- All passengers must wear appropriate clothing at all times (no swimwear)
- Drinking alcohol onboard is prohibited
- Mackay Whitsunday Buses assumes no responsibility for any bags or customer belongings.
