Finding Dory, Great Barrier Reef

Following on from the blockbuster Finding Nemo, Finding Dory continues the journey of the much-loved blue tang fish Dory as she tries to find her family with the help of the colourful characters Marlin and Nemo the clown fish and Crush the green sea turtle.

The film once again features some of the incredible marine life and reach underwater world as Dory and her offsiders head on their adventure in the ocean, where she runs into some trouble after being captured and taken to California public aquarium.

Helping out their blue finned friend, Marlin and Nemo step in to save Dory and the plot thickens from there.

And, there's no need to go to the cinemas to get your much-needed dose of the friendly marine creatures featured on the new Finding Dory sequel.

The much anticipated Walt Disney film has sparked a new interest in the marine life of the Great Barrier Reef, and the Whitsundays is the perfect place to see and experience this incredible natural phenomenon located off the east coast of Queensland, Australia.

And who knows, you may even find Dory!
