Meet at Wildcat's office at 8:30am in the Mackay Marina Village (located next to George's Thai restaurant). Wildcat departs at 9:30am sharp so ensure you're there on time! Important Information
Wildcat will take wheelchair users, as long as the wheelchair folds up. There is no wheelchair ramp so guests will need to carry the wheelchair on to the boat. There is also no disabled toilet onboard, so family would need to assist with both this and getting on or off the boat. The gap between the marina and the dock is about a meter long with a ramp so as long as they can get over that, they are good to go! Disabled guests can also swim, but if they are struggling with the Outer Reef current they will need to come back onboard the boat.

What's Extra
A surcharge of $20 per adult and $10 per child will apply to trips that fall on public holidays. This surcharge can be paid directly over the phone with Red Cat (07 4946 4444), or by going into the Red Cat office on Airlie Beach Main Street. Below are the dates, until the 31st March 2025, where the public holiday surcharge will apply:

Cancellations
No shows or client cancellations made within 24 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
