Payment terms: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, balance due 30 days before departure.
Due to the nature of marine activities including weather, the charter return time might be later than planned. No compensation will be given due to late returns to the island.
When departure is delayed due to late arrival by guests, your charter return time will not be extended.

Cancellations
Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: 10% fee
Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before departure: 50% fee
Cancellations within 30 days before departure (including no-shows): 100% fee.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Is scuba diving available?
Yes! You can add on introductory or certified scuba diving for up to 4 people. It costs $1000 including the dive guide and all equipment.
Where does Ocean Spirit depart?
You can book Ocean Spirit from Hamilton Island, Airlie Beach and Daydream Island. Hayman Island guests can also book a charter departing from Airlie Beach, you just have to take the Hayman ferry to Coral Sea Marina, where the Ocean Dynamics crew will organize to transport you to the vessel.
Can we hire jet skis?
Yes, you can hire 2 jetskis for $500 per day.
Will we visit Whitehaven Beach?
Whitehaven Beach is an option for your charter! However, the tidal conditions and the length of your charter will come into account, so you'll need to discuss this with your agent. Visits to Whitehaven may not be guaranteed if there is not enough time, but there are plenty of other stunning Whitsunday beaches available if Whitehaven is not an option for the day.
How fast does the vessel go?
Ocean Spirit's cruising speed is 35 knots, and its top speed is 65 knots.
Is there a toilet onboard?
Yes, there is one toilet on board Ocean Spirit.
Are food and drinks offered?
Complimentary water & soft drinks are provided, and there is a licensed bar onboard. Catering packages are available for an extra cost!
