Will the sails be used?
The MiLady crew endeavours to use their sails, but this will depend on winds and weather conditions.
Can my dietaries be catered for?
Yes, most dietaries can be catered for with proper notice. If you have any dietary requirements outside of vegetarian or pescetarian, there will be a fee of $10 pp payable upon boarding. Please let us know at the time of booking.
How does the timing work with the cruise ship schedule?
Before booking, you must check your ship’s scheduled berthing and departure times to ensure you have ample time to join our cruise. It is your responsibility to verify these details.
You are required to text or call MiLady on 0427 882 062 to confirm your exact arrival time at the Port of Airlie (POA) before boarding our vessel. This step is essential to ensure smooth coordination.
Upon disembarking the tender into port, you must update MiLady immediately by texting 0427 882 062. A complimentary pickup from the Port of Airlie may be available if your crew are notified in time.
We also require a confirmed time for your return to the marina, so the crew can get you back to your ship before it departs.
Please note: Sailing Whitsundays and MiLady accept no responsibility for missed connections due to your ship’s arrival or departure schedule. It is your responsibility to keep your crew fully informed.

How many people can fit on MiLady?
Up to 12 guests can be accommodated aboard this modern sailing yacht, making for the perfect intimate charter experience for you and your group.
Is there a minimum age for this vessel?
The minimum age is 4+ years.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
MiLady is a licensed vessel so there is no BYO. You can purchase soft drinks and alcoholic beverages on board at the card only.
Are wetsuits and stinger suits provided?
Stinger suits are provided in summer to protect against marine stingers. We do not provide wetsuits in the winter, but if you wish to hire one, please visit Aqua Dive at the Coral Sea Marina the day before your departure.

Important Information
Important Terms From The Operator
- Before booking, you must check your ship’s scheduled berthing and departure times to ensure you have ample time to join our cruise. It is your responsibility to verify these details.
- Private charter bookings will be confirmed on payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit.
- Private charter balance payments are to be made 30 days before the travel date of the charter.
- All guests must sign a waiver (including children via parent/guardian). This will be sent via email at the time your booking is confirmed. You must inform us of any medical conditions, even if you have already listed them on our waivers. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any conditions that might adversely affect your ability to swim, snorkel or otherwise enjoy the activities provided.
- No BYO alcohol, please. MiLday is fully licensed.
- All departures and itineraries are subject to weather and may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of the Master. The Master’s instructions must always be obeyed.
- Environmental Management Charge (EMC) is a government reef tax used for funding to conserve the Great Barrier Reef. Operators are required by law to collect this tax on behalf of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) upon boarding. Price is $10 pp per day for adults and children.

Cancellations
Cancellation Policy From The Operator
- Cancellations 30 days before departure will result in 100% of the payment.
- Cancellation 60 days before departure will result in 50% of the payment.
- Travel insurance is strongly advised to protect against unexpected circumstances that might result in a booking cancellation.
- Private charter bookings will be confirmed on payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit.

No shows or client cancellations made within 24 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
