- A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays, to be collected upon booking.
- The specified deposit amount is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the due date may result in termination of the charter (cancellation fees apply).

- A 15% surcharge is to be added to bookings for the following holiday dates (Christmas Day is not available for any products): Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, New Year's Day.
Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required for all private charters. All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 months prior to departure.
Failure to pay the remaining balance before the scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations within 60 days forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
