Important Information: Scuba diving is optional and dive fees are payable onboard (age and medical status dependent). Each passenger must have a clear understanding of safety directions and instructions given in English by the crew and be able to complete the required safety forms in English. A passenger is only able to participate in water activities if they have a level of swimming experience. If a passenger is unable to swim they will still be able to participate in the sailing trip, but will not but able to participate in water activities such as snorkelling. In order to meet our minimum safety standards, passengers must be able to exit the vessel unassisted in the unlikely case of an emergency. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us.

Important Information
The specified deposit amount is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the due date may result in termination of the charter (cancellation fees apply).
To enable us to meet our duty of care and establish an acceptable level of risk, EACH passenger must have a clear understanding of safety directions and instructions given in English by the crew and be able to complete the required safety forms in English. What To Bring
Please bring only a small soft bag (no suitcases or bags with wheels allowed) with:
- Comfortable clothing
- Comfortable shoes (for an easy, well-maintained bushwalk)
- Swimwear
- Beach towel
- Shower towel
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses etc.)
- Insect repellent
- Drink/water bottle
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap)
- Warm pullover for the evenings (seasonal)
- Cash for onboard purchases (refer to "What's Extra").
Excess luggage can be stored at our Airlie Beach Travel Shop in town, free of charge. Located at 344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach, open from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, seven days per week.
Important Notes:
- Kiana is a licensed vessel therefore you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol. NO BYO ALLOWED
- There are no credit card facilities onboard. Please bring cash (AUD) if you with to purchase any extras.

Licensed Bar:
Consumption from the onboard bar is optional. Beverage pricing is as follows:
- Bottled water = $3
- Soft drinks = $3
- Can of beer = $5
- Piccolo (187ml) of wine = $6
- Bottle (750ml) of champagne = $25

Dive Medical Certificate:
Your safety in the water is our primary concern. Please read through the following information carefully to determine whether you require a Dive Medical Certificate (at own cost).
If you are aged 45 and over and you would like to participate in an Introductory Scuba Dive you will be required to present a Dive Medical Certificate onboard. This does not apply for certified divers.
Please read the following questions carefully:
- Do you currently have an ear infection?
- Do you have a history of ear disease, hearing loss or problems with balance?
- Do you have a history of ear or sinus surgery?
- Are you currently suffering from a cold, congestion, sinusitis or bronchitis?
- Do you have a history of respiratory problems, severe attack of hayfever or allergies, or lung disease?
- Have you had a collapsed lung (pneumothorax) or history of chest surgery?
- Do you have active asthma or history of asthma, emphysema or tuberculosis?
- Are you currently taking medication that carries a warning about any impairment of your physical or mental abilities?
- Do you have behavioural health problems or a nervous system disorder?
- Are you or could you be pregnant?
- Do you have a history of colostomy?
- Do you have a history of heart disease or heart attack, heart surgery or blood vessel surgery?
- Do you have a history of high blood pressure, angina, or take medication to control blood pressure?
- Are you over 45 and have a family history of heart attack or stroke?
- Do you have a history of bleeding or other blood disorders?
- Do you have a history of diabetes?
- Do you have a history of seizures, blackouts or fainting, convulsions or epilepsy or take medications to prevent them?
- Do you have a history of back, arm or leg problems following an injury, fracture or surgery?
- Do you have a history of fear of closed or open spaces or panic attacks (claustrophobia or agoraphobia)?
If you answered YES to any of the above questions, you are required to obtain and present a current (issued within the past 12 months) Divers Medical Certificate before you can scuba dive.

Cancellations
All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before this scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations made within 30 days of departure forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
