- Elysian Retreat is a licensed property, so BYO is not allowed.
- Helicopter transfers are suitable to weight restrictions.
- Boat transfers are subject to tides and weather conditions and may not be available for your travel dates.
- There is limited Telstra mobile phone reception and wifi
- Upon booking a security deposit of $250 per villa booking is required.
- Pricing is subject to change and availability may be limited during special events or peak periods.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended and advised for all travelers.

Cancellations
Elysian Retreat:
There is no charge to cancel a reservation between booking and 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the stay. Failure to arrive/no show will be charged at 100% of the stay. A stricter policy will apply for group bookings. Cancellations need to be made in writing to stay@elysianretreat.com.au.
Transfer Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will receive a refund on transfers.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
