Frequently Asked Questions

Is Wildcat accessible for guests with wheelchairs?

Wildcat will take wheelchair users, as long as the wheelchair folds up. There is no wheelchair ramp so guests will need to carry the wheelchair on to the boat. There is also no disabled toilet onboard, so family would need to assist with both this and getting on or off the boat.  The gap between the marina and the dock is about a meter long with a ramp so as long as they can get over that, they are good to go! Disabled guests can also swim, but if they are struggling with the Outer Reef current they will need to come back onboard the boat.

Where do we check-in?

Please check-in at the Wildcat office at the Mackay Marina Village (next to George's Thai) at 8:30am.

Are there any extra costs?

There is only a public holiday surcharge. Find more info in the "What's Extra" section.

Is food included?

Yes! Lunch and snacks are provided on tour.

What water sports are provided?

Snorkel gear and paddleboards are provided.

Is there a minimum age on Wildcat?
