Whitsunday Transit specialises in pickups to and from the airport as well as the train station in Proserpine to help you make the most of your holiday destination!
Whitsunday Transit's shuttles are scheduled to run as per designated flight arrival or departure times. They have comfortable and modern air conditioned buses, and will drop you off to any hotel or accommodation house throughout Airlie Beach, Proserpine, Cannonvale or Shute Harbour Region.
The standard route runs from Shute Harbour through to Airlie Beach and then the two shopping centres in Cannonvale and then to Proserpine and the airport and back again.
Not only do they accommodate for flying passengers, but will be there to meet designated trains arriving into Proserpine, regardless of the time! Routes including 'Tilt Train' and 'Sunlander' stop in Proserpine, where you can hop off for your Whitsundays adventure and let our drivers take you to where you need to go!

Important Information
No Food and Drinks to be consumed on the bus.
Smoking and the consumption of Alcohol or illegal drugs is prohibited in the vehicles under Australian Federal and State Government Regulations.
Any passengers displaying violent, aggressive or disorderly behavior will not be permitted on the bus; any fares paid will be forfeited
We will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control; however, we will make every effort to overcome the problem and get you to your destination
Cancellations beyond our control due to unforeseen circumstances (road closures, flooding, natural disasters) will be re-booked at no extra charge
If your flight times have been altered, please advise us as soon as possible
Luggage Policy:
Baggage is limited to two suitcases per person (standard luggage 1 bag per person not or two smaller items equivalent to a larger suitcase per person). Although we take very good care in handling and transporting luggage; we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged luggage; Personal and valuable items should be carried with you as hand luggage (computers and electronic equipment).

Cancellations
All cancellations forfeit 25% of the recommended retail price (RRP) - not the discounted/sale price. No shows or client cancellations made within 72 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
