Cruise Ship Passengers:
If your cruise ship itinerary or departure times change within the cancellation policy of your vessel, we will do our best to assist you in finding other alternatives. However, in most cases we will not be able to issue any kind of refund. It is for this reason, that we strongly recommend you have travel insurance, as cruise ship schedules are known to change frequently.

What's Extra
- BYO Alcohol: Order can be placed at Hamilton Island Bottle Shop and collected by the crew. We would discourage guests coming down to the boat with cartons/bottles etc. and preference having beverages onboard in fridges/eskies prior to departure.
- Catering: Either BYO or you can place an order with an external catering company. Please ask us for more information if you prefer the latter.
- Stinger Suits: From Nov- May, these will be required should you wish to snorkel. You will need to hire them from Hamilton Island Beach Hut as they not available on board.
- 20% Public Holiday + Peak Season Surcharge applies
- Outer Reef Surcharge (weather permitting): $1,760
- Additional Hours: $1,430 (payable at checkout)
- Fuel Surcharge for Airlie Beach pick up: $1,760
- Fuel Surcharge for Daydream Island pick up: $1,100
Cancellations
All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit. All balance payments are due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before this scheduled date will result in termination of the charter and forfeit of the non-refundable deposit. Once the balance payment has been made, no shows and client cancellations made within 30 days of departure forfeit 100% of the full ticket price.
It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to admin@mr-travel.com. Cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
