- The minimum age for all scenic flights & tours is 3 years, unless you are booking a private flight, in which case, infants may be allowed at the discretion of the supplier. Please contact us if you wish to bring an infant on a shared tour, and we can discuss your options. You may be required to pay for a seat for your infant.

No shows or client cancellations made within 24 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
If passengers elect not to travel due to weather conditions but flights are still operational, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

What is the age limit for this tour?
Minimum age for all shared scenic flights & tours is 3 years of age.
Infants (classified as 0-2 years) are welcome on private flights only, not on shared tours and are carried at the discretion of Hamilton Island Air.
These tours are designed to accommodate adults, some tours are not suitable for infants, if in doubt please ask.
Infants may travel free of charge on a parent lap in the rear of the aircraft on private flights only. Please note that only one infant may travel FOC per aircraft, two infants may occupy 1 seat, the seat price applies.
Children are classified as 3 – 13 years of age inclusive, must be accompanied by an adult on the flight.
