*Catering options - Jupiter does not include food in the price of the charter. You are welcome to bring your own food, or they offer standard catering for $20pp, including morning & afternoon tea and lunch. This package varies, but typically includes a gourmet wrap and selection of bakery goods. Charcuterie board also available for $90 (suitable for up to 5 guests). BYO alcohol, just no glass please.
*After hours boat transfers also available - After hour transfer services give you flexibility to work with your schedule, and link up with those afternoon flights. Please enquire for pricing and availability
Important Information:
- Any person who may be pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions, or have conditions that may cause a risk to their health, must notify Freedom Exclusive Charters or the Master of their vessel before departure.
- Prior to departure for snorkelling or other activities, all Adult passengers may be required to sign an Assumption of Risk Form. Minors require a parent or guardian to sign this form prior to departure. This Assumption of Risk Form is part of our terms and conditions of passage.
- Passengers agree to disclose any pre-existing medical condition or any other condition that may cause the passenger to suffer injury or aggravate a pre-existing medical condition during the transfer or charter.

Is snorkelling included?
Snorkelling equipment is included if you include the adventure guide upgrade. All masks, snorkels, fins and protective stinger suits are included with the adventure guide upgrade. Prescription masks are available for hire, please enquire. Children’s snorkelling equipment is also available, please provide shoe and shirt sizes upon booking.
Are your vessels wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately our vessels and products are not wheelchair accessible. We are currently working towards making our vessels and products more accessible for everyone.
What if I get seasick?
It is very rare that guests onboard our small fast boat private charters will get sea sick. Due to the size of our vessels and the rate the speed that the vessel travels at it is unlikely you will experience sea sickness during travel. Guests may feel sea sick when the boat is stationary due to the gentle rock of the ocean. If you are prone to sea sickness it is recommended to take sea sickness medication.
Do you depart from any island resorts?
Freedom Exclusive Charters departs from Hamilton Island, Daydream Island and Airlie Beach. We also have collection points at Palm Bay Resort and Elysian Retreat on Long Island. We do not offer pick ups from any other island resorts for our private charters.

Terms and Conditions
All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST. All departures and itineraries are subject to weather. Tours may be changed or cancelled for any reason at the discretion of the Tour Operator. The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter prices, alter itineraries, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services if necessary.
It should be noted that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard clients, we cannot be responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of our clients which are beyond our control. We recommend that all clients have travel insurance covering illness, injury, loss or damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure.
In the unlikely event of your trip being cancelled or stood down, all guest communication is required to go through our Online Store via telephone or email. While there is a Sailing Whitsundays retail outlet located Airlie Beach, please be aware that they operate as a separate entity and are unable to access reservations made by the Mr Travel online department.
Please be aware operators pass on credit card merchant fees so there is a non-refundable 1.5% surcharge for VISA and MASTERCARD card purchases.
Open Date Vouchers / Gift Certificate:
Shipping Costs are in addition to the ticket price and will be added at check-out. Shipping costs are non-refundable and do not makeup part of the ticket value.
E-Vouchers incur no shipping fees.
You have 5 years to use the value of the voucher. Seasonal Price Rises will apply if travelling out the current seasons pricing. Vouchers can be exchanged for free up to the full value of the voucher excluding credit card fees and charges.
Cancellations
Client Cancellations:
All cancellations forfeit 30% of the recommended retail price (RRP) - not the discounted/sale price. Cancellations between 14 days - 48 hours from departure will incur a 60% cancellation fee. No shows or client cancellations made within 48 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
Transfers between tours can be made at the suppliers discretion, however, it should be noted that supplier fees may apply. Tour transfers also incur a $20 administration fee.
It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to admin@mr-travel.com. Cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
Supplier Cancellations:
The Service Operator reserves the right to alter prices, alter itineraries, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services if necessary.
All departures and itineraries are subject to weather. Tours may be changed or cancelled for any reason at the discretion of the Service Operator. If the Service Operator has to cancel the trip or activity (prior to departure) and we cannot offer a suitable alternative, then a refund will be given minus a 20% administration fee and any associated card fees. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance, especially during the wet season.
In the unlikely event of your trip being cancelled or stood down, all guest communication is required to go through our Online Store via telephone or email. While there is a Sailing Whitsundays retail outlet located Airlie Beach, please be aware that they operate as a separate entity and are unable to access reservations made by the Mr Travel online department.
Refunds:
All refunds are in Australian Dollars and must be made to the card of payment. Sailing Whitsundays/Mr Travel is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations or fees, or any other merchant/bank fees associated with domestic and/or international transactions.
Where a full refund is applicable, there is the option to transfer the whole cost of the tour to another tour or “Credit” to avoid the administration fee. A transfer fee of $20 will apply.
You will be emailed confirmation once the refund has been processed. Once the refund has been processed, it may still take time for the banks to clear the amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to clear into Australian accounts and up to 21 business days for international accounts.
Accountability/Misconduct:
All Service Operators have the right to provide client feedback and to cancel bookings based off of feedback from other Service Operators.

Sailing Whitsundays/Mr Travel will treat this as any normal client cancellation and therefore the cancellation fees stated in the Client Cancellation Policy will apply.
