Your vessel is a quality 41 foot Lagoon Catamaran, designed to promote a more stable sailing experience. Whitsunday Blue is equipped with two Double cabins and two Queen sized cabins, all with en-suites, to carry a maximum of 8 guests. Each cabin is air conditioned and is supplied with its own DVD system for all your visual and audio needs. The saloon and dining area consists of a polished wood table bordered by leather look lounges, all superbly lighted by the abundance of glass surrounding. An excellent sailing vessel, Whitsunday Blue is equipped with the latest navigation and electronic aids. Twin forward nets combined with the more than ample deck area complete the package of style, comfort and function.

An array of experiences limited only by your imagination is possible each day aboard Whitsunday Blue. Sailing, swimming, snorkeling, sun baking, beach hopping, wining and dining are just a few of the activities offered for your choice. Another option is to visit well known Whitsunday Islands such as Hayman, Hamilton, Daydream or Club Med Lindeman and explore their collection of cocktails bars and pools. The spectacular fringing coral reefs provide world class snorkeling and are bursting with an abundance of marine and bird life. DAY ONE
Arrival Exotic tropical/seasonal fruit selection Pineapple, Rock melon, Mango and kiwi fruit
SUNSET hordeauves Fine dips accompanied by crispy strip vegetables and savoury flavoured crudites.
ENTREE Locally caught fresh Australian prawns served with a thousand island dressing on a bed of rocket lettuce.
DINNER
Flamed barbecue Tuscan chicken served with a fresh Greek salad, Lashings of Fetta, Sun dried tomatoes and kalamata olives.. Accompanied with oven baked crisp herb dinner rolls. Suggested wine Western Australian Sauvignon Blanc

DAY 2
BREAKFAST
Fresh fruit platter, Swiss muesli, cereals, warm croissants with banana bread Morning Tea Individual French pastries

Superb smorgasbord- Tasmania smoked salmon, champagne leg ham, waldorf salad, spinach and pine nut salad, traditional Greek salad with wholegrain and scotch rolls.
AFTERNOON TEA

Antipasto Including stuffed olives, marinated eggplant, King Island Cheeses and gourmet dips.
DINNER

Whitsunday Blue is a BYO vessel, The local Whitsunday outlets have a very good range of fine Australian wines that you may bring aboard with you. Unlike many other Whitsunday vessels, we are quiet happy for you to bring bottled wine aboard. This is a comfortable stable vessel, and fine wine does not come in a cask..

Always available on board is a large fruit basket which you are welcome to help yourself at any stage of the voyage. We also have a complete range of Twinnings Teas and herbal teas. But our passion is for freshly brewed locally grown coffee, simply superb.. It is called Whitsunday Gold, grown here at Proserpine and exported internationally.
All departures are at 2.30 Pm Daily and have been designed to co-ordinate With the arrival of the local interstate planes, which enables you to move aboard and set sail on the same day as you arrive into the Whitsundays. Whitsunday Blue is a superb vessel were the emphasis is on service.
